Workshop "How to successfully prepare a project" was held in Slavonski Brod on 23 and 24 April 2013 for more than 20 participants.

On 23rd and 24th April, 2013 the team of trainers of the Joint Technical Secretariat delivered a workshop "How to successfully prepare a project“ on IPA Cross Border Program Croatia-Serbia. The method presented at the workshop was that of project cycle management, and the participants were given the opportunity to do various exercises and interact with the JTS trainers in order to get the first hand insight into the process of preparation and formulation of a cross-border project. Number of participants at the workshop was 24.

Partner Search Forum held in Osijek

Within the process of preparation for the third Call for Proposals of IPA CBP Croatia-Serbia, the Joint Technical Secretariat, in cooperation with the Operating Structures of the programme and with the support of the Contracting Authorities of both countries, held a Partner Search Forum in Osijek on April 19th 2013. The forum was attended by 131 participants.
