Project implementation workshop held in Novi Sad

Joint Technical Secretariat of the Programme, in cooperation with Serbian European Integration Office and Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Serbia, organized two-day implementation workshop for Serbian Grant Beneficiaries from projects contracted under the 3rd Call for Proposals of the IPA Cross-border Programme Croatia-Serbia 2007-2013. Workshop was held in Novi Sad, on 7 and 8 December 2016.

The workshop presented General Implementation Guide prepared by JTS to help beneficiaries in successfull implementation and reporting on projects. Participants of the workshop had an opportunity to consult on any issues with Mr George Papagiannis, Programme Manager from DEU RS, with Mr Milan Žeželj, representative of SEIO - the Programme's Operating Structure and with JTS team. Main topics covered on the two-day workshop were reporting obligations during the project, secondary procurement, documenting expenditures and visibility.
