Partner Search Forum held in Osijek |
 Within the process of preparation for the third Call for Proposals of IPA CBP Croatia-Serbia, the Joint Technical Secretariat, in cooperation with the Operating Structures of the programme and with the support of the Contracting Authorities of both countries, held a Partner Search Forum in Osijek on April 19th 2013. The forum was attended by 131 participants.

Workshop "How to succesfully prepare a project" held in Vinkovci |

 On 11th and 12th April, 2013 the team of trainers of the Joint Technical Secretariat delivered a workshop "How to succesfully prepare a project“ on IPA Cross Border Program Croatia-Serbia. The method presented at the workshop was that of project cycle management, and the participants were given the oportunity to do various exercises adn interact with the JTS trainers in order to get the first hand insight into the process of preparation and formulation of a cross-border project. 26 people participated in the workshop.

Workshop "How to succesfully prepare a project" held in Novi Sad |

 On 8th and 9th April, 2013 trainers of Joint Technical Secretariat of the IPA Cross Border Program Croatia-Serbia delivered a workshop "How to succesfully prepare a projects“ where participants were given insight into preparation and formulation of projects for IPA CBP Croatia-Serbia by deploying the method of project cycle management. Turnout was high and around 110 participants were present.

Joint Technical Secretariat of the Cross-Border Program Croatia-Serbia, in cooperation with Operating Structures and with the support of the Contracting Bodies of the Republic of Croatia and the Republic of Serbia, is organizing a Partner Search Forum prior to the Third Call for Proposals of IPA CBP Croatia-Serbia We are inviting you to ensure the visibility of your project idea by filling out the form on our web-site. You can fill out the form here, and project ideas of other organisations you can see here.
Partner Search Forum will be held on 19 April 2013 at the Hotel Osijek, Šamačka 4, Osijek starting at 10.30 hours. Agenda of the event can be found here. For more details on location and directions please click here.
The objective of the forum, organized as a prepartion activity prior to the Third Call for Proposals, is to facilitate the creation of partnerships for the sake of joint project development through interaction among the participants. We shall provide space and time for the organizations interested to present themselves and their activities, but also to meet other participants who are also there to find a partner for their project idea.
If you are interested to participate at the forum you must register at the latest by 16 April 2013 using this registration form. Also, please bring promotional material of your organization to the event since you will have an opportunity to promote and present it to other participants. Additionally, if you are interested to present your project idea, please upload your idea on the online partner search forum. Submission of project idea is optional, but registration for participation is obligatory, and you will be automatically registered as a participant at the event. |
